Who we are

Ontech Solutions Limited is headquartered at Plot No. 25996, Kwacha Road, Olympia Park, Lusaka, Zambia. We build and operate the Ontech Insurance Platform, an 18-module enterprise insurance operating system used to run policy administration, claims, underwriting, reinsurance, finance and compliance on one data model. Ontech Solutions also operates communications and payments integrations (SMS, USSD, voice, mobile money) at ontech.co.zm.

What makes the platform different

The platform is built in Zambia for the Zambian market. It integrates RTSA for motor insurance, collects premiums over mobile money and USSD *388#, prices in Kwacha, and produces regulatory reporting aligned to local requirements — capabilities that generic international insurance ERPs require heavy customisation to match.
